What we do

We do the buyer
search for you.

We learn what data you have, estimate what it could be worth and bring it to multiple buyers, so you can compare offers. You decide whether to move forward.

Our fee
Buyers pay us when a deal closes. You pay nothing, before or after.
Your contract
The license is between you and the buyer. You approve what is included, how it is used and for how long.
Your data
We never take custody of your records. The buyer removes sensitive details before anything is shared, under terms you agree to.

What is DataConnect?

We help you get the most for your company's data. We learn what you have, estimate what it could be worth and bring it to multiple buyers that license data for AI. You compare offers and decide whether to move forward.

Do we keep ownership of our data?

No, you keep it. A license lets the buyer use an agreed copy of the data while you keep ownership. The contract spells out the rights and limits.

Do we have to connect all our tools?

No. You choose which files or systems to include. Buyers usually ask for exports or limited read-only access. You don't need to connect anything to talk to us.

Will anyone see our raw data?

Not unless you say so. The first conversations need no files. If you go ahead, the buyer tells you in writing who sees the data, how it gets prepared and what ends up in the final set.

How is sensitive information protected?

You decide what stays out. The buyer removes or masks personal and sensitive details under rules you agree to before anything leaves your hands. Check each buyer's process in writing before signing.

What is our data worth?

It depends on the data you have, how many years it covers and what buyers need right now. Published offers in this market run from about $100K to $2M+ per company. Any range we give you is an estimate, not a guaranteed payout.

Can a closed company still sell its data?

In many cases. Some buyers take records from closed or winding-down companies, as long as the files still exist and someone has the authority to sign.

Why would an AI company pay for our data?

AI companies want to teach models how to do real work: follow a process, use business tools and make decisions. Your company's records show that work. Buyers pay to license it.

When would we get paid?

Timing is set by the buyer and written into the agreement. You see it before you sign.

Do you charge a fee?

Nothing. The buyer pays our referral fee when a deal closes.
